Por fim, é relevante ainda que a empresa não olhe só para dentro, calculando seus custos e formando preços sem entender o que o mercado é capaz de absorver, que consequências aquela estratégia de preço pode trazer, e que mudanças podem estar ocorrendo no mercado que impactarão na demanda do serviço que se pretende prestar.
